Membership entitles you to schedule and fly both of the Grob G-103 advanced trainers. There is no hourly cost. You can schedule up to 4 sessions in advance using our online scheduling tool. You are welcome to use the gliders any time they are not scheduled, by simply dropping in. This is great for current power pilots thinking of adding a glider rating, or even for beginners with no flying time at all, seeking to get involved. Many of our club members are also flight instructors and all of our bases have local CFI’s that can teach in our gliders.

The Plus Membership is for Members that hold at least a valid private pilot certificate with a glider rating, and the additional skills and experience for the safe and qualified check out into the DG 505.

Presently the Initiation fee is $160 for 60 days (non-refundable after second flight) .
Membership is then upgradable to Transition Membership ($100.00 Credit is applicable) to continue flying Club Gliders.
Under certain conditions, this membership can be extended for an additional 30 days with the approval of the Board (Weather, mechanical or medical issues).
Actual cost of tows and Instructor on your flights are at members expense.
